Appearance: He is a tall, muscular looking man with black hair and red eyes, giving him an almost evil appearance, but he has a very disarming smile, and along with his huge, white wings, it's hard to think of him as being scary.
Personality: On the surface, he is a warm, friendly person, always eager to assist others. In reality, he doesn't like most of the people he interacts with, and in fact, despises them, but he never lets this show. He is usually engrossed in research, or at least appears to be as it's his excuse to not talk to anyone.
History: He grew up in Kanto and studied with Professor Oak, learning a lot about Pokemon from him. Being non-human he kept himself hidden as much as possible in Kanto, wearing a long coat at all times to keep his wings hidden. When he learned of the Lareni region where non-humans were accepted, he left and never came back. There were several other researchers already working in the region and they weren't very welcoming to having another join their ranks, so he simply disposed of them, leaving him as the main researcher of Pokemon in Lareni. Since then, he's made his home in Talc Town and started giving out Pokemon to new trainers from his lab, although he keeps most of his lab closed off from others, not letting anyone know what he's working on.
